tradingprogress.com (“TradingProgress”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is operated by theDBot LLC, a limited liability company with its head office at 1207 Delaware Ave #2685, Wilmington, DE 19806, United States.

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website, the TradingProgress analytics tools, the Trading School, articles, community features, and any related services (together, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

• You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to create an account.
• You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• Some features work without an account; progress saved only in your browser can be lost if you clear your browser data.
• Tell us promptly at support@signaltradingbots.com if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

Everything on the Service — including Trading School lessons, quizzes, articles, analytics, insights, examples, calendars, news summaries, and community posts — is provided for general educational and informational purposes only.

• Nothing on the Service is financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, or a recommendation or solicitation to buy or sell any financial instrument.
• Worked examples, prices, and strategies are illustrative. They are not predictions and are not tailored to your circumstances.
• Trading forex, CFDs, commodities, cryptocurrencies, and other leveraged products carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for you. You can lose some or all of your capital. Past performance — including backtested or demo results — does not guarantee future results.
• You are solely responsible for your trading decisions. Consider seeking advice from an independent, appropriately licensed professional.

You may upload trading history reports (for example, MT5 or TradeLocker exports) to generate performance analytics and insights.

• You confirm you have the right to upload any report you submit, and that it does not contain other people's personal data.
• How insights are produced: metrics and insights — including psychology, discipline, money-management, risk, and “weak area” insights — are generated automatically, by pattern analysis of the trade data in the reports you upload (and of any journal notes or tags you add yourself). They are not produced by a person reviewing your trading, and they are not a psychological, medical, or professional assessment of you. • Analytics may be incomplete or inaccurate if a report is incomplete, in an unexpected format, or affected by broker-specific conventions. Always verify important figures against your broker's statements.
• Scores, ratings, and levels are educational indicators of patterns in your data. They are not assessments of your suitability to trade, recommendations, or guarantees of future performance.
• You grant us a limited licence to store and process uploaded reports solely to provide the Service to you and to improve it.

• Trading School content is currently free. See Fees and future pricing for how this may change.
• We may add, change, or remove lessons, quizzes, and features at any time.
• Knowledge checks, exams, badges, tiers, and the “Elite Cert” are educational milestones within TradingProgress. They are not accredited qualifications, professional licences, or regulatory certifications, and must not be presented as such.
• Where a badge requires you to confirm something (for example, that you have opened a demo account or logged demo trades), you agree that your confirmation is truthful. We may revoke badges obtained through false confirmations or abuse of the Service.

• Free today. The Service is currently free for everyone, and we plan to keep it free for an introductory period of several months.
• Fair pricing for professional use. After the introductory period, we intend to introduce fair, paid plans for professional or high-volume use — for example, analysing more than one trading account, or advanced features designed for professional traders.
• Beginners stay free. We intend for beginner use — including the Trading School for learners and analytics for a single personal trading account — to remain free.
• Notice before any charge. We will give at least 30 days’ notice — on the website and, if you have an account, by email — before introducing any charge that affects you. You will never be charged unless you choose and agree to a paid plan. If you do not wish to pay, you can keep using the free features that apply to you, or stop using the Service.
• We decide, acting reasonably and consistently, which usage counts as professional or high-volume (for example, the number of trading accounts or reports you analyse). Plan details, prices, and any applicable taxes will be shown clearly before you subscribe, and paid plans will be subject to additional terms presented at that time.

When using Traders Chat or any other part of the Service, you agree not to:

• Post unlawful, abusive, harassing, hateful, or misleading content, or impersonate any person or organisation.
• Promote investment schemes, guaranteed returns, account-management services, or signals for payment, or post spam or unsolicited advertising.
• Share other people's personal data or confidential information without permission.
• Attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours, interfere with the Service's security or operation, or scrape it at scale.
• Upload malware or use the Service in breach of any applicable law.

You are responsible for content you post and grant us a non-exclusive licence to host and display it as part of the Service. We may remove content or restrict access where we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached.

The Service, including lessons, quizzes, diagrams, text, software, logos, and design, is owned by theDBot LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and use it for your personal, non-commercial learning. You may not copy, republish, sell, or create derivative courses from our content without our written permission. Brief quotations with a link back to tradingprogress.com are welcome.

The Service links to products operated by theDBot LLC, including theDBot and Signal Trading Bots. Those products are governed by their own terms. We may also link to third-party websites, brokers, platforms, and data sources that we do not control and for which we are not responsible. A link is not an endorsement or a recommendation to open an account.

Our Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, how insights are generated from your reports, who we share data with, and your rights. We do not sell your personal data.

We aim to keep the Service available and accurate, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that market data, news, or calendar information will be complete or timely. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, theDBot LLC and its members, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any trading losses, lost profits, or lost data, arising from or related to your use of the Service — even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for all claims relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim, or US$100. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless theDBot LLC from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your content, or your misuse of the Service.

You may stop using the Service at any time and may ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if required by law. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including those on educational content, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, and governing law — will continue to apply.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Subject to any mandatory rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your country of residence, the state and federal courts located in Delaware will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service. Before starting formal proceedings, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue informally.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will change the effective date above and, where changes are material, make reasonable efforts to notify you — for example, on the website or by email. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
